Appointment Reminder: You'll receive an automated email and/or text message 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation: To cancel, please call/text or email at least 24 hours prior.

Rescheduling: Please reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Running Late: If you're running late, call/text immediately. We can't guarantee service if you're more than 15 minutes late to avoid overlapping with next appointment.

No Call, No Show: Please call/text or email. Our small business cannot sustain no-call, no-shows.
