Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show/Late Policy:

Deposit required to finalize the booking. A text with the deposit link will be sent to you. 

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show. 

Running Late: If you're running late, call/text immediately. I can't guarantee service if you're more than 15 minutes late to avoid overlapping with next appointment.

Appointment Reminder: You will receive an automated email and/or text message 24 hours before your appointment, if you have provided your contact information.
