Booking Policy:

Deposit Required: A deposit is required to confirm your booking, and a payment link will be sent via text message. Please provide a valid phone number capable of receiving text messages. Appointments may be automatically canceled if the required deposit is not received within the requested timeframe.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30 late cancellation fee per service. Unpaid late cancellation or no-show fees may be invoiced and must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Running Late: Please call or text as soon as possible if you are running late. Services may need to be shortened, modified, or canceled if arrival is more than 10 minutes late in order to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing may still apply.

Pricing: Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the salon for the most current pricing and service information.

Gift Certificates: If using a gift certificate, please include the certificate number in your booking notes or reply to the deposit text message. Only gift certificates purchased directly from Nails by Naly are accepted. Third-party gift cards or certificates are not valid.

Reminders: Automated appointment reminders are sent by email or text message approximately 24 hours before your appointment. Reminder messages are courtesy notifications only and do not replace deposit or booking requirements.

Payment Methods: Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, NFC/contactless payments, and cash are accepted.

Right to Refuse Service: Nails by Naly reserves the right to request full prepayment, refuse, deny, limit, or cancel services or future bookings at its discretion.
